Job Description

1. Lead the Customer Projects with business development methodologies as Customer Project Leader  for AIShield

• Develop, maintain, and execute customer project acquisitions Plans to maximize potential and grow market share in Bosch internal GBs and external customers
• Planning and relationship management for customer base through regular interactions
• Promote product releases and promotional activities in Bosch Internal GBs to acquire Customer Projects
• First point of contact as lead for customer project(s)
• Project handling including milestone planning, tracking, project documentation according to specified processes
• Work package definition and tracking, release planning, resource planning, quality assurance Monthly reporting of project status to management
• Ensure process compliance - system development, validation, and delivery are according to guidelines and processes
• Support for Project acquisitions, Resource onboarding, resource loading

2. Lead the engineering project team with Agile methodologies  as Scrum master for AIShield

• Understand the Project dynamics and challenges to build an Agile working model that is appropriate for the team
• Train the team on Agile methods as necessary
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies as Agile Master (Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog refinement, Review, and Retrospective)
• Design and configure agile project management tools(like JIRA) to support the team in better organizing and executing their work
• Actively Support the team and PO in the identification and removal of impediments
• Discuss with leadership/management of a team define the KPI and monitor the progress made and potential impediments that are blocking or slowing down the team
• Exchange a strategic/tactical idea with a fellow agile coach/Scrum Master to improve the performance of a team
• Actively Participate in Agile communities and workshops and cascade the best practices within the organization

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/B.Tech Electronics/Electrical/computer science
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional work experience
• Customer Project Management
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with customer project acquisition team
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Bosh GB business developments
  • Knowledge and/or experience  with AI/ML Projects and/or cybersecurity Projects
• Agile Practitioner:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a project that was diligently applying Agile/Scrum practices as an Agile Master/Agile Coach
  • Knowledge and/or experience with well documented Agile, Scrum tactics/techniques: Planning poker, Burndown/burn up, CFD, retrospective formats, etc

Desired:

• PMP, CSM certifications
• Completion of Bosch Internal Agile training programs or external Agile/Scrum Coach or Scrum Master certifications
• Knowledge of Bosch GBs and their operating principles
• Knowledge of AI/ML and cybersecurity
• Knowledge of JIRA for Agile project management
• Knowledge of Embedded software development is an added advantage
• Knowledge of technical practices like TDD, CI, pair programming, automated testing is good to have.
