THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Customer Success Data Management to our Client Success team in Sao Paulo! 

As a Customer Success Data Management, also known as a Customer Service Manager, your challenge will be to manage data and analyses that will ensure that our client companies are satisfied and help the Client Success team to achieve excellent customer service.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Build relationships with the internal areas responsible for providing services to clients, (Wellness Engagement, CX, Operations, User Growth Marketing, Fitness Partnerships) to develop growth strategies and meet client and Gympass goals;
  • Develop weekly, quarterly and annual customer performance reports model to ensure the optimization of our product/service, with demands proactively resolved and customer objectives met in the process;
  • Identify improvements and potential new services, keeping updated on customer needs, industry trends, market activity and competitors;
  • Manage risk for each customer group and drive retention throughout the lifecycle of enterprise portfolios;
  • Prioritize product/service updates that reflect customer expectations, industry, market and competitive trends, and report back to key stakeholders;
  • Bring insights from the customers for the internal teams including Sales, Wellbeing Engagement, Product, Help Desk, Operations and Finance;
  • Efficiently prioritize customer requests (tickets). Looking for the root cause identification in pursuit of determining source and impacts, as well as understanding use cases to guide customers to workarounds where possible;
  • Continuously improve new and existing customer success processes and procedures.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication or related areas;
  • Ability to monitor data, analyze reports and leverage results;
  • Previous experience with reporting and compiling data related to customer management;
  • Experience working Enterprise clients, preferably in technology and SaaS companies;
  • Experience working close to service sales, contract renewal, expansion, upsell and cross sell;
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), being able to explain complex matters to non-technical end-users in large companies;
  • A true team player, in a collaborative environment that values diversity in all its aspects;
  • Advanced English.
