The Product  team  plays a leading role defining our product vision and roadmap  and guiding the decisions that we take around product, marketing and operations. Information is only valuable when transformed into actionable insights, and it is through experimentation, high-tempo testing, rigorous measurement, and correct communication, that our teams achieve our audacious goal to establish Rappi as the super-app in LatAm.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Management, Marketing, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, a related field,  minimum 3+ years’ experience working on business analytics projects (preferred)
  • Experience working with large data sets and strong practical knowledge of analytical techniques
  • Deep knowledge of a variety of data sources, including customer, transaction, marketing, and digitalExperience in data analysis, reporting, market research, segmentation and data modeling
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action, integrity, and accountabilityExperience with machine learning tools Strong teamwork and client service orientation 
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge building dashboards on Data studio or Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) 
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or other programming language) is a plus


  • Use data & analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive) to analyze product behavior and build Minimum Valuable Products to be tested before product development.
  • Leverage new & existing data sources to develop actionable, insightful, and dynamic dashboards & visualizations
  • Work with engineering to ensure proper understanding and documentation of data
  • Assists with deep data sets analysis for operations and management decisions
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reports including SQL statements, views, functions, and stored procedures
  • Synthesize large, complex data sets into impactful insights and build analytical stories that shape the operations roadmap and culminate in strategic business decisionsForecast trends based on previous data
  • Work with data & insights team to process client’s  requests and help translate this feedback into product requirements
