Opportunity

The Global Media Acceleration team is a new unit, and a small team is being put in place to define and then scale the best of our media proposition through existing clients and new business prospects.

This team has representation in Data and Technology as well as Strategy, and collectively, they are charged with defining a winning global media proposition and taking that to market to drive disproportionate growth for both us and our clients.

Success will defined as driving greater consistency of the media product across global markets, improving new business conversion and accelerating the development of existing clients.

Job Description

As Data Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and advocating for Publicis’ data, insights/analytics and technology proposition across current clients and prospects, through utilization of our current tools and future enhancement with Epsilon and partners
  • Supporting local client and market teams through training, coaching creating best practices, or custom analyses, mostly using datasets such as GWI, TGI, Epsilon and other audience/insight datasets
  • Hands on in product development, overseeing the roadmap, providing feedback and project managing the rollout of a new global operating system for media and it’s adoption on global clients and agency teams

Qualifications

The role requires 8+ years of commercial experience as a Data/insights expert in analysis and insights ideally familiar with global data, insights or tech platforms. With a rare combination of strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and product development & deployment, the role is both strategic and tactical empowering Publicis teams to use data to support strategy, planning and activation for brands in media, content and commerce.

They will be part of a senior team need to be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment. gathering requirements from the business and translating that into technical requirements that give clear, actionable and incremental guidance to product teams

Critical Skills

The successful candidate will have experience in bringing clients and agency teams to ‘what’s next’ in connecting media, content and commerce through data. They will be comfortable briefing ideating and delivering projects, working with strategists and client leaders to identify growth opportunities and draw stories out of data. They will have strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

They will have expert knowledge in multiple platform, data and analytics software packages such as: GWI, TGI, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and familiarity with addressable media data from platforms e.g. Facebook, Google, Epsilon, Retargetly etc.,. Finally a passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape will be vital for success in the role
