SOLUTE, Inc., a Sigma Defense Systems company, is looking for an experienced former Navy veteran with Ship Combat Systems Technical Management experience to join the Distributed Training Architecture (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) to provide advanced tactical training to improve war-fighting proficiency of deploying ships, Amphibious Readiness Groups (ARG), and Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) through Fleet Synthetic Training. Do you have experience with Combat Systems Data Management, including JICO and CTPM with a Strike Group or MOC? Want to continue to lead and apply your years of knowledge to make a difference to operational units? SOLUTE has an immediate fill for a full time Data Manager Subject Manager Expert to provide technical guidance, configuration support and training event planning and execution support during state-of-the-art synthetic exercises.

Requirements

• United States Citizenship.
• Possess a Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with C4I, including Common Tactical Operational Picture, GCCS-M or GCCS-J V6.
• 20 years of Surface Navy experience including technical management as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer supervising combat system configuration, operation, testing, maintenance, and repair.
• Interface Control Officer (ICO) certified with operational deployment experience. Large scale, Joint live or synthetic exercises planning experience.
• Experience operating TDL monitoring systems and troubleshooting techniques or experience conducting Common Tactical Picture Manager (CTPM) overseeing Common Operational Picture, Common Tactical Picture, and Tactical Data Link Interfaces.
