Job Description

Looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead a team and ensure accuracy of post-sales delivery for Digital Media, Live Events, and Virtual Events. Ideal candidate has experience leading in an operational role, solving complex problems, building best practices and setting up process and procedures. Strong drive for customer and operational excellence is a must. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable growth with a strong focus on Digital Media. Accuracy is crucial as data supports the business in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Serve as digital media liaison between sales and other departmental partners
  • Knowledge of digital optimization, advertising production process and operational role
  • Manage and mentor sales operation specialists, establish and manage performance reviews
  • Work with Director of Data Quality Management to identify impact areas in evolving sales process
  • Establish sales ops work stream improvements, manage weekly team meetings and update stakeholders
  • Champion problem-solving for digital and media transformations
  • Oversee responsibility of direct reports
  • Drive change, best practices, and standardization across functional teams
  • Strong focus on customer and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Understands sales principles and contract management processes
  • Experience with CRM, Database and Excel applications
  • Knowledge of digital optimization, advertising production process and operation role
  • Strong experience organizing and driving complex, multi-functional projects
  • Demonstrable experience within a quality control environment, focusing on accuracy of data, delivery, reporting and reconciliation of sold programs
  • Focused on the accuracy and timeliness of program delivery and deadlines
  • A strong influencer who is able to coordinate across multiple internal teams including Sales, Informa Engage, Operations and Customer Success.
  • Able to communicate conceptual solutions to peers and management effectively
  • Exemplary high standards of customer service; motivated and driven to succeed
  • Compensation package includes base salary range of $76,500 to $90,000, depending on experience, plus commission
