We are looking for data science interns to join the band. You will be considered by our Personalization and Financial Engineering teams.
Spotify’s Home team focuses on the personalization of users’ experience of the Spotify Home page. Our team is focused on how to serve users the right content at the right time, while also meeting business objectives. Data Scientists on the team turn large datasets into actionable insights that provide a deep understanding of Spotify users’ behaviors and preferences to influence the product and strategy of Spotify. Prospective interns will discuss goals for the summer at the beginning of the internship, and specific projects will be assigned to help them develop desired proficiencies. You will study user behavior, strategic initiatives, markets, and new features and bring data and insights into every decision we make.
The user fraud team within the Financial Engineering Mission detects users that fraudulently stream content on the platform. You will help us dig into some of these cohorts of users, iterate on our methods to find them and potentially introduce new ways of finding fraudulent users.
Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences audio.
