Company Description

Support International markets with a strong focus on EMEA in rolling out Global Data Strategy initiatives; upskill and empower territories to implement central data workstreams and unlock value at the market level from both central and local data opportunities.

Job Description

Based within the global Data Strategy function, primary responsibilities include,

  • Media data management including naming convention adoption, platform data onboarding and data ops alignment
  • Ad tech development roadmap, such as supporting rollout of new buying platforms
  • Reporting tools support, including identifying key focus areas for local media and marketing team support
  • Audience data development, including first party data capture within and across marketing campaigns, user journeys, and GA4 strategy and implementation
  • Cross business integration to drive global data strategy priorities
  • Data privacy strategy development and adoption with a focus on GDPR and Kids compliance and data governance across teams and territories
  • Cross-functional enablement of global data priorities, in partnership with central and local marketing teams, agencies and territories
  • Support the wider Global Data Strategy team as necessary, including working with Distribution data, geographic measurement tools, Google natural search data feed, etc.

Qualifications

Required

  • Extensive agency or client-side digital or data strategy experience (Ents/Media preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of data-driven marketing, media strategy, media activation, reporting and analytics
  • High level of fluency with all major digital media partners required
  • Ad tech experience working with major DSPs (DV360) and Campaign Manager
  • Media data reporting and dashboard development
  • Media analytics, designing and executing multi-disciplinary measurement plans
  • Experience solving complex problems with an understanding of consumer behavior within the entertainment landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desireables 

  • Experience working with data warehouse solutions and operation support teams, including Google Cloud
  • Proficient in Looker Studio / data visualization tools
  • Linear advertising and offline media buying practices
  • Knowledge of culture and entertainment trends with an interest in the changing movie marketing and distribution landscape
  • Passion for movies and moviegoing
