We are seeking a data-curious self-starter and strategic thinker, with excellent strategic, analytical, technical, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, who is eager to share in the successes of a small, dedicated, growth-driven team.

 

As part of our evolving Data & Insights practice, you will be working closely with internally- and externally sourced quantitative and qualitative data sets, as well as other inputs, will expertly craft data strategy, insights, and a well-rounded data story, to set up and convey the impact of our marketing activities with thoughtfully prepared artifacts, including measurement frameworks, performance and measurement plans and results, use cases, and executive-ready insights presentations.


Main Responsibilities

 

  • Develop & Implement innovative user-centric, cross-devise, cross-platform tracking solutions. 
  • Practical tag management implementations & validation (TMS: Google Tag Manager, Ensighten Manage).
  • Plan Tracking & Data Architecture. 
  • Audit the tagging Implementation on our company website, including designing the tagging specification, the data layer, and the GA4 / Adobe Launch/other configuration and following through with implementation of the design.
  • Building reporting for the collected data which meets the needs of core users. 
  •  Advise on governance enhancements for long term needs.
  • Innovate & Build data-driven online marketing solutions.
  • Documentation of work completed in either JIRA or Confluence as relevant.
  • Create and manage your own work plan, communicating actively and effectively with leadership on progress, blockers, and adaptions required based on new information gathered.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience delivering hands on consultative data analytics consisting of web analytics implementation and reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience of planning, designing, and implementing Google Analytics 4 on a full website (including setup of a datalayer).
  • Demonstrable experience of tag management technologies e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium with a confident understanding of web development and its languages including JavaScript, JS libraries (e.g. React), JSON, HTML and CSS in order to independently implement Google Analytics 4 on a website.
  • Ability to interpret, present and derive strategic recommendations from data.
  • Experience building reporting on Google Analytics 4 including requirements capturing, report creation and presentation.
  • Good Excel knowledge and experience creating reporting and dashboards in Adobe.
  • Proactive and highly organised mindset with strong time management and planning skills so that you can change direction and work on multiple projects across a wide range of topics.
  • Experience creating quality documentation of tagging approaches and plans for the understanding of specialists and generalists.
  • Good interpersonal skills – works well with team members and internal clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven approach to problem solving.
