The Chassis Controls division, which is part of the Mobility Solutions area, develops innovative solutions for active driving safety. Most commonly known safety products are Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS), Traction Control Systems (TCS) and Electronic Stability Control (ESC). But our scope also includes base brake actuation and goes much further with Driver Assistance Systems such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and many more functions. Job Description

You will be part of an energetic, motivated and forward-thinking team within Bosch developing connected brake systems [IoT based development]. Your main activities will be:

  • Develop medium-to-large scale Python repositories for the analyses of field braking systems’ technical data
  • Implement theoretical requirements provided by the Data Scientist and generate reports using automation
  • Work with Restful APIs, visualization and statistical libraries in Python
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of the workflows developed and document the testing process
  • Review the scalability, readability, and repeatability of the developed workflows and refactor the existing workflows to meet these requirements

Qualifications

  • Mandatory:
    • Skilled in Jupyter, Pandas, Numpy, and Matplotlib
    • Pursuing a BS or MS in engineering with at least one semester completed
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0
    • Must be 18 years of age
    • Available 40hrs/week
  • Preferred
    • Skilled in Seaborn, Scikit-learn, PyLatex, Rest API, Git
    • Knowhow of Embedded systems or automotive engineering or big data engineering
