We are seeking a Data Analyst who is creative and resourceful and is a passionate quantitative researcher and analyst. As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the organization, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis, data validation and integrations, and the effective reporting of results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, issue, and analyze/report results of surveys as well as support other team members in survey development.
  • Model data for use by business analysts throughout organization
  • Organize and support organizational self-serve analytics model using BI tools.
  • Retrieve, process, model, and report (mostly via dashboards) data for use for various internal departments.
  • Partner with internal clients to understand their research or data needs, make recommendations for studies, and execute projects, and provide analyses.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain code for AACSB data pipelines and tools.
  • Monitor data integrity in data centers (i.e., data warehouses)
  • Design and maintain views used for populating websites with data from data center.
  • Analyze and present statistical information in support of product development, research, and other organizational projects.
  • Provides guidance to departments on navigating and using tools, such as Looker and PowerBI.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications applicable to position.
  • Entry level proficiency with SQL and Python (or another similar coding language)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field obtained through an accredited college or university.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a related field obtained through an accredited college or university.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL and Python
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, quantitative studies, or similar.
  • Professional experience in market research
  • Experience with online survey tools (e.g., Confirmit, Qualtrics)
