Job Description

• • You are responsible for the definition of the Data Analytics strategy and concept for logistics on Robert Bosch level together with a cross divisional data analytics team
  • Embedded in the overall Data Analytics & Management strategy of Robert Bosch, you consistently derive from different business models and requirements within the E2E processes the overall target picture for Data Analytics@logistics.
  • You derive a transition roadmap aligned with relevant initiatives of the Bosch digital transformation (e.g. SAP S/4HANA projects) including speed boats with short term effects.
  • You leverage specific divisional data analytics use-cases to create synergies where senseful
  • You build up a strong data analytics logistics team with experts from the different business areas, global service for data provisioning, IT service provider, E2E process organization and data management.
  • Last but not least you align with other functions such as manufacturing or finance and controlling.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies in economics, (business) engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable subject
• Personality: leadership skills combined with strong teamwork and resilience, able to build and motivate a network and team of business unit representatives
• Working Practice: analytical, creative, communicative, independent and result-oriented
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in the field of Business Intelligence & Business Analytics ideally in logistics
• Enthusiasm: willed to develop, coordinate and implement new concepts and processes
• Languages: fluent English written and spoken, German as a plus
