Job Description

This role is to lead Data Analytics capability for the Card business within Client Solutions. The role will lead a team of data analysts to perform end to end process from aiding engineering activities of data collections and processing pipelines to the build of data products and visualization products to support the delivery of end-to-end solutions to business problems through analytics and business intelligence.

This role will lead initiatives to identify drivers of business performance and recommend and/or drive solutions such the business derives quantifiable value from data.  

This role is expected to engage stakeholders at the senior management and Executive level for the data analytics requirements and shaping the business solutions; as well as the role is expected to lead a team of data analysts at the various skills level for delivery of valuing adding analytics, and continue to champion best practice in data analytics/data science.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree 
Field of Study: Mathematical Sciences/Actuarial Science, Computer Science
Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Honors degree in Actuarial Science / Computer Science/Mathematical Sciences or related field 

Experience Required
Data Management 
Minimum of 7 years experience in  Collecting and analyzing critical business data, transforming data and maintaining high levels of integrity in data management. Data sharing, sourcing data from third parties for validation purposes and as well as the service delivery of analyzed critical data to business. Experience of programming in SQL, structured query language, and other common programming languages. Highly advanced computer skills are required for this job. Understands business trends and the direction technology must take to support the business SAS AND SQL experience is a non negotiable
