Job Description

This candidate will have a few key responsibilities across 3 areas of the Starcom business. First we have a suite of products that we provide customer support for. The two primary products are DataPlex and Telescope. This candidate will be responsible for working all tier 1 support tickets for those products. This will require training on the product, learning how to use the product, and communicating regularly with the user base via Jira Service Desk.

Second this candidate will help work with our Data Ops team to validate our data quality for vendors who we maintain automated data connections with. This is ad server, DSP, social platform, and verification data where we'll have the candidate work within the vendor UIs as well as the Starcom SQL servers to validate that our data is accurate, work with teams to resolve data discrepancies, and do proactive analyses to monitor the data quality.

Third this candidate can help deploy some custom Tableau dashboards for our clients. Under the supervision of our Tableau developer this candidate would help build, design, and implement Tableau dashboards on an ad-hoc basis when we sell in projects that need additional support beyond the current developer we have.

These responsibilities will be across all Starcom clients who use the DataPlex and Telescope products which is the majority of Starcom clients. We work in an agile-based team and use Jira to manage our work when interacting with the customers.

Our team is called the Architecture and Governance team and we have about 10 team members right now. We're a sub-division of the Advanced Analytics and Insights group.
