About The Role

We are looking for a data analyst to power our tech products development by data insights. You will be a part of the Analytics team, working closely with tech product owners to set up and maintain the process of measuring and analysing tech products performance and success of new feature releases. 

  • Set up and manage the framework for measuring the success of new feature releases and tech products performance overall (inc. defining KPIs, creating data models, collaborating with the data engineering team to set up data collection, QA datasets and provide feedback on data quality).
  • Build and maintain metrics dashboards and reports on tech products performance.
  • Conduct the assessment of new features success, provide the insights on how users are interacting with new features and whether they are driving up the main business metrics (like, MAUs, users stickiness & paid subscribers retention).
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance based on product usage trends.
  • Contribute with suggestions on data collection and data quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a quantitative role, ideally within the tech product analytics field.
  • Advanced SQL skills and ability to write complex and scalable queries. Knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Experience building compelling stories using data that convey technically sound analysis to a broad audience.
  • An eye for compelling data visualization and experience with related tools (e.g. Google data studio, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to connect multiple data sources to drive insights. 
  • Curious and with a strong learning mindset to stay ahead of the innovations going on around you.
  • Excellent communication skills and versatility in communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product analytics tools is a plus (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Experience with Google Cloud Tools (BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage etc) is a plus
