KPA is seeking a motivated team member for the role of Data Coordinator.  This role will be a critical piece of the team and will be the primary point person for all-things-data.  This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data in KPA’s CRM (Salesforce) as well as own and run big data initiatives.  The right person for this role will have autonomy and be able to set up their own program for data auditing, completing data and recommending new data policies.  This role is ideal for a self-starter who is successful doing a broad range of tasks from manual entry to large-scale data initiatives.  The Data Coordinator will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations and is a key role for KPA!   

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, updating and auditing Account and Contact data in Salesforce
  • Be the point person for all data questions, requests and projects
  • Own the administration of Dunn & Bradstreet Optimizer to ensure Accounts are in the correct hierarchy, duplicates are resolved and closed businesses are deactivated
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Google and other tools to uncover new Contacts, or update existing Contacts, that would be good targets for our sales team.
  • Perform data upload activities with a focus on ensuring data integrity
  • Become an expert on using DemandTools and put processes in place that make our data processes operationally excellent
  • Make recommendations to Manager, Revenue Operations and Director, Revenue Operations on data policies and data process changes
  • Work with Revenue Operations Manager on various projects for continuous improvement of our data.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work tasks ranging from manual data entry to managing large data initiatives and communicating status out to key stakeholders
  • Desire to make things perfect and creative problem solving to uncover and, proactively, look for bad data that needs to be fixed.
  • Prior Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
  • Extensive experience in excel and an ability to manipulate data in Excel
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-starter, reliable team player, ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Working on a computer, typing, and viewing a screen - all of the time
  • Stationary sitting or standing - all of the time
  • Communicating verbally, hearing, and listening - most of the time
  • Lifting up to 10lbs - some of the time

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range between $50-60k
  • Bonus potential up to 7.5% annually
