- Co-develop an R package that efficiently pulls real-world oncology patient cohorts with particular genomic, clinical, treatment, and protein phenotypes from the Tempus data lake, including a supporting R markdown HTML output.
- Expand R package to additional data sources, which could include integration of TCGA data sources or beta testing new internal data models.
- Improve upon existing R visualization packages for genomic (SNV, RNA, CNV, Fusions), clinical (biopsy timing/site), and treatment (drug response outcomes) data for the translational research team (which supports molecular oncology drug development projects), and write functions that incorporate existing coding standards.
