Job Overview

The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining ML platforms and data pipelines. The role will work closely with multiple stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement algorithms and machine learning software for our Rosette product. The Machine Learning Engineer will report to the VP of Engineering responsible for development of our Rosette product.

Job Responsibilities

• Build tooling and automation to support the entire ML engineering lifecycle, from beginning to production operations including model training, deployment, usage, and analysis.
• Build production-ready systems to process and segment data, run experiments, manage artifacts, data store, and data analysis.
• Design the data pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support ML systems at scale including optimization, automated retraining, data archival and version management, as well as model and drift monitoring.
• Work closely with colleagues in Product, Operations, and Sales to structure problems and understand the impact across various departments within the company.

Job Requirements

• Deep quantitative/programming background with a degree in a highly analytical discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on production experience with end-to-end ML development.
• Experience with MLOps tools Proficiency with a high-level programming language (Python/Java).
• Proficiency in working with database systems.
• Experience training machine learning models in frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Familiarity with the full life cycle of software development, design to deployment.
• Excellent communication, analytical reasoning, decision making and problem-solving skills desired.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Position does not require clearance to start but candidate must be willing to be cleared in future.
