Job Description

We are looking for a talented Data Engineer for a 15 Month Max Term Contract. We value evidence-backed opinions and you will have the opportunity to play an integral part in driving our technology team’s rhythm, culture and processes. This role will work as part of our Data Pipelines team and will be a pivotal function in ensuring data integrity, governance and data pipelines.

• Setting up and maintaining ETL pipelines (Snowflake [dbt-cli], Airflow, Python, Fivetran).
• Building and managing a Kimball model data warehouse.
• Collaborating as part of a cross-functional agile team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working in a technical data role.
• SQL scripting and modelling skills including Kimball methodology.
• Proficiency with Python including Airflow and experience with JSON data is desirable. 
• Understanding of DevOps principles and processes [Data Infrastructure as Code].
• AWS (S3, EC2, Parameter Store, boto3) knowledge is desirable.
