BI Analyst (Secret required)

IT Concepts is looking for an experienced Data/BI Analyst to support our U.S. Air Force program/ BCLM- Defense Business Systems Life Cycle Management.

Location: Hybrid work environment. 2-3 days at Pentagon, and other days telework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience developing new dashboards or modifying dashboards from existing systems
• 3 years of experience working with Air Force/DoD and familiarity with DoDAF Enterprise Architecture approach
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data modeling
• Experience conducting analysis and decomposition of IAs
• Familiarity with standardized data vocabularies, taxonomies and ontologies
• Experience synergizing data solutions with IT requirements management products, for new initiatives, to include data modeling.
• Experience in full lifecycle Software Engineering to include Systems Architecture and/or Data Architecture
• Experience with BI Tools (e.g., Oracle BI, MS Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Hue, Zeppelin, AWS EMR, Databricks); Tableau a plus
• Understanding of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
• Understanding of enterprise architecture relative to data, to include scope/contextual view, business model/conceptual view, enterprise/logical data model, physical data model, and actual databases
• Familiarity with cloud computing a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience interfacing directly with clients and managing customer relationships

• Must have an active Secret Clearance at the time of hire
