You will join the team in delivering insight and analysis which allow ClearScore to rapidly scale and deliver a seamless experience for our users. Analysts play a key role within ClearScore, driving strategy and key decision-making, which ultimately benefits our users, partners, and other teams within the business.

ClearScore is both a free credit score and report service and the UK’s leading consumer credit marketplace. Working in the Marketplaces Analytics team, you will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on marketplace performance; supporting the commercial and product teams to run experiments and improve UX and monetisation and supporting the marketplaces leadership team in developing the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build out new monitoring and reporting dashboards, using SQL and Domo
  • Work closely with our commercial team to help them understand the performance of each of our partners
  • Analyse AB tests and experiments to enable us to continuously improve the marketplace and user experience
  • Deliver in-depth analytics projects, using data to identify opportunities and to analyse and solve complex business problems
  • Support the ongoing growth of the marketplace, including carrying out analysis needed to launch new products, improve existing products and unlock growth across verticals

Requirements

  • You must possess advanced SQL and Excel skills. Knowledge of Python and analytical tools such as Amplitude is a plus
  • Experience using Domo or other data visualisation tools such as Tableau
  • Ability to plan and prioritise your own workload and that of your team
  • Previous managerial experience is highly desirable, but not essential
  • You have a desire to learn and enjoy working collaboratively, with a desire to contribute to our culture.

  • Strong quantitative and numerical skills
