Canadian Immigration Data Analytics & Reporting Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute reporting and analytics strategy for the engagement team
• Identify and implement improvements in data and reporting practices
• Manage a high volume of reporting needs including regular weekly/monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews
• Respond to high volume of ad hoc data and reporting requests from client or client service team in a timely fashion
• Act as a key contributor to global implementations of immigration systems and tools
• Liaise with broader immigration team to implement standardized data management and reporting practices across all engagements
• Manage data cleanup exercises and monitor and work with the engagement team to ensure data accuracy moving forward
• Oversee the work of a reporting associate

Qualifications

• Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Workbench
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and under strict deadlines
• Ability to effectively prioritize, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to share and collaborate effectively with other members of the team
• Experience in or familiarity with immigration would be an asset
