Job Description

As one of our consultants, you’ll play a key role in both short-term and long-term engagements, at various stages of the project lifecycle. Our focus is to help our clients deliver a wide range of change programmes where transformation of data is at the core of their goals. You’ll help design, plan, and deliver tactical and strategic solutions for our clients. You’ll be responsible for owning key deliverables and will be expected to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and supporting teams. You’ll play a role in our social culture, embrace diversity, and promote wellbeing for you and your peers above all else.

Qualifications

You’ll need all of the following to be considered… 

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience leading a high performing team with a focus on service delivery to a broad range of global, diverse customers across different levels
  • Solid understanding of the key concepts involved in Data Cleansing activities
  • The ability to take pre-defined data quality rules and policies and plan the activities required to deliver
  • Have the ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional language
  • Experience leading data cleanse type activities and demonstrates the knowledge and experience that will allow them to develop the processes and drive the data cleanse operation forward.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across other functions such as technology, data engineering, data science, project management etc.
  • Support other analysts through the implementation of best practices of analytics and insights and through knowledge sharing and formal training.
  • Demonstrate expertise in analytics and data insights using tools such as Power BI, Oracle database and SQL reporting, Tableau, Alteryx, Trifacta etc.
  • Stakeholders’ management by supporting the business in the delivering innovation and creation of new products and tools.
  • Financial or professional services industry experience (ERP and HCM desirable) will be a distinct advantage
  • Degree in IT or Science 3rd level qualification with high analytical content (such as data analytics / statistics / computer science) would be desirable, Post-graduate qualifications (in related disciplines) would be advantageous
