The Role: 

Our People team is looking for a People Data Analyst to join our team! Reporting into the Sr. Manager, People Technology and Analytics, you will have the opportunity to build and design People Analytic dashboards to drive data-driven decisions. 

We are looking for a detail-oriented, inquisitive, problem-solver who wants a hands-on role in delivering analytical products and insights to support our people team, leadership team, and managers.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Support People team in delivering meaningful metrics, establishing data definitions, and defining reporting cadence. 

• Create/edit custom reports and user-friendly dashboards to make proactive and solution-driven business recommendations. 
• Manage data governance by streamlining and establishing data audit processes to ensure data integrity and proper controls are in place. 
• Provide support on any ad-hoc reporting requests. 
• Identify data gaps and partner with Workday Analyst to configure data needed to track in HRIS system. 
• Monitor regularly scheduled reports and reach out to end-users on a regular basis to request business justification for the report. 

Required Skills / Experiences: 

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience 
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Data Analytics 
• Advance knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, if statement, etc…) 

• Advance knowledge of data visualization in Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau.  
• Experience in Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Kamsa, Lattice, Greenhouse, is a plus
