Data Analyst

To scale our team further we are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Data team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and presenting two of our Data Products. The Data Team is a part of the Ireckonu Development team. Within this role you work closely together with the Product and Commercial teams to fulfill customer needs. To do your job successfully you can call in the expertise from the Data Scientists and Project Managers. The Data team is involved in almost every vertical within the company, making your role dynamic and challenging on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing standardized reports, and performance indicators to locate and resolve bugs
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

You bring:

• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Basic knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Tableau or Power Bi), databases (SQL etc.), programming (R or Python)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Knowledge of OLAP cube is a plus
