Digital Data Analyst / Web Analyst - Digital Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Analyst / Digital Data Analyst to support the analysis and reporting of the company’s customer base in a scalable, data-driven and cost-efficient manner. This role will work closely with the Marketing Technology Lead and the Digital Data Analyst to track and monitor media buying on the daily basis. This role will also build ad hoc reports and provide analysis for the wider team.

This position requires the capability to talk with different stakeholders to understand and meet requirements of ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Analyze data from paid media platforms (Facebook and Google) and provide actionable insights to the digital team
• Build custom dashboards for digital (Data Studio, Google Analytics, Amplitude)
• Perform auditing and housekeeping of digital traffic data consistency
• Monitor pipelines and reports for any irregularities
• Monitor and perform auditing on Digital naming convention (UTM and APP)
• Work on Funnel Drop off monitoring and troubleshooting
• Comply KPI baseline audit and KPI achievement reports
• Use task management tools for tracking and execution of tasks
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to achieve the goals of the department
• Gather and maintain project-related documents

Requirements:

• Higher education or above in Mathematic / Economic / IT
• Proficiency in SQL knowledge
• Strong knowledge in basic data prep, cleaning and matching
• Highly efficient in Data Studio, Google Analytics and spreadsheets
• Minimum 2 years' experience in analysis of digital campaigns and performance marketing
