Job Description
At Aviv our mission is to revolutionize how people experience the real estate market. To achieve this goal, data-driven solutions and tailor-made algorithms are key. You will be part of a cross-functional team who is responsible for the quality of what’s on the shelves of our marketplace: the properties for sale. We design and deliver enrichment, deduplication, anomaly and fraud detection capabilities to provide the highest possible quality and safety of experience for all actors, and power our real estate pricing and market prediction capabilities.
This implies building data services that monitor millions of properties and interactions, as well as scores based on structured and unstructured data. You will design these services, from first exploratory analyses, to monitoring in production, and work with diverse stakeholders along the way.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data.
- Develop predictive, explanatory models and machine learning algorithms.
- Deploy trained model artifacts to AWS to serve ML models in production.
- Create automated learning systems that gracefully scale to increasing complexity and expectation.
- Help improve the scope of our data sets by identifying new data collection and procurement opportunities on an ongoing basis.
This position is open to candidates based in Germany, Belgium and France as we have AVIV offices in Berlin, Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Nuremberg, Hamburg and Brussels
Qualifications
Who we are looking for :
- MS in computer science, statistics, mathematics or similar
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the industry building and production of ML models and data science workflows.
- Proven ability to take decisions adapted to business problems in a cross functional team
