Job Description

• Report about logistics planning such as the number of POs per product category, KPI tracking, Raw material allocation tracking
• Dashboard building support
• Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor

Qualifications

• 3rd/4th year student entitled as full-time intern during 6-month internship period
• Knowledge in Business Analytics/Logistics/Supply Chain is preferred
• Fluent in English and familiar with SQL/BI or other analysis tools
• Basic skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerpPoint, Word)
• Motivated in learning from work and self-learning
• Interested in ERP and Supply chain
• Active in asking & responding to assignment
• Having logical thinking, creative, and very punctual
• Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly
• Adaptive to team's working environment & company culture
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
• Regular time: 8AM – 4.30PM (including 1 hour lunch break)
