What you’ll do
The Revenue Operations Teams is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to play a key role in the way internal data is being used by different internal and external teams and stakeholders. 
The purpose of this role is to provide insights and day-to-day support to Sales, Finance and other leaders, managers and team members, as well as the Leadership in their use of data with related activity and decisions. This includes reports, dashboards, quarterly reviews, data modelling, ad-hoc data requests, data and BI analysis that gives visibility of progress against agreed measures and targets and insights on different strategic projects. It also includes helping clean data and maintain good data quality across different tools and platforms.

Key responsibilities 
• Develop, manage and maintain reporting suites/dashboards to support the Revenue Operations and Planning of the business • Ensure different stakeholders have access to globally consistent, robust and timely sales data and reporting in an agreed format• Provide ad-hoc data support, analysis and reporting consultancy• Create excel data models to help answer critical business questions or plan ahead, i.e. commission simulation, board QBRs etc.• Create and maintain dashboards that provide visibility on key sales metrics and trends to the leadership team and other departments• Use data visualisation best practices to deliver compelling presentations• Monitor and maintain the integrity and quality of reported data • Support data cleanups and activity associated with mergers and acquisitions and cross platform data reconciliation
You are or have...
• At least 2-3 years in a sales, business or operations-oriented data analyst role (high-growth startup, tech or SaaS environments highly preferred) with practical experience in analytics and data visualisation• A Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering background or degree• Excellent Excel/Google Sheet skills Good SQL skills to manipulate and extract data from Snowflake• Experience working with Salesforce is highly desirable• Experience creating dashboards with BI tools, i.e. Looker, Tableau is a bonus• The attention to detail of a hawk • A bright, analytical mindset, able to quickly grasp concepts, think creatively about solutions, dissect data in multiple ways and identify trends• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company• Ability to structure, monitor and validate data to ensure data integrity
