Following a continued period of successful growth, we are looking for a Head of Data and Analytics to grow a team of Analysts, helping to guide and inform various teams through digestible and focused data.

In this role you will be creating and leading a data architecture, analytics, and reporting team, with the objective of defining and implementing how Team17 accesses and manages data, to produce clear reporting and market insight across the business

What you will do:

• Initially establish a solution to how we house, manage, and maintain internal and market data to facilitate automated reporting.
• Define and roll out high quality commercially driven reporting to stakeholders across the business.
• Development of a commercial analysis team, responsible for delivering fast paced insight and forecasting to the business
• Cross department working, alongside teams such as sales, marketing, finance, product acquisition, strategy, and IT.
• Function as the Team17 lead to champion the use of data driven insight across the business.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant industry experience in gaming is essential in this role
• Demonstrable experience working and a Head of Data and Analytics, Head of Commercial Analytics of similar role
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills
• BSc / BA in analytical or numerically focused subject, Business, Economics, Science, Mathematics, Computer Sciences preferred
• An ability to communicate analysis effectively and thrive under challenge
• A highly motivated initiative-taker, with a passion for bringing to life commercial analytics, A “Data Evangelist”
• Experience of working in a high performing analytics function
• Excellent eye for detail with a commercially minded, solution focused approach
