THE ROLE
The Counterparty Data Analyst is part of Business Intelligence team within Business Operations and is responsible of managing counterparty data processes, so that main stakeholders can relay and trust data they use in their daily processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement counterparty statement quality & completeness checks;
• Understand each counterparty business model and accounting principles;
• Understand and calculate main financial KPIs for every counterparty – cost, traded volume, liquidity KPIs, risk KPIs, etc.;
• Implement data control processes in collaboration with Control Center;
• Build reporting workspace for every counterparty in PowerBI environment;
• Build Liquidity Management process on top of counterparty data in PowerBI environment;
• Work with other stakeholders – reconciliations, risk, trading desk, middle office and other in delivering custom datasets & reports based on counterparty data;
• Work with cost management & revenue calculation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in a Data Engineer / Data Analyst / Financial Controller / BI Developer role;
• Understanding of Financial instruments (stocks, futures, options, etc.) will be considered as advantage;
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI & SQL;
• Eagerness to investigate data;
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving approach;
• Proactive in situations when things don't go according plan.
