Job Description

Role Summary:

The Enterprise Master Data Management team is responsible for governing, coordinating and maintaining critical master data and other data related to customers, products, vendors, chart of accounts and additional key data elements across Experian's enterprise systems, as well as managing the quality and integrity of the content of the Enterprise Corporate Data Lake as the foundation for world-class business intelligence, analysis, insights and reporting. Our team members are spread out between Chile, Malaysia, UK and the US.

An exciting opportunity has risen to join the Client team dedicated to ensuring our client master data is comprehensive, current and of the highest data quality, while driving standardization across the regions and looking for ways to increase efficiency in the data maintenance process.  This team will enable and support our global data and business intelligence strategy.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • As a Client Master Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of client data in our global CRM system
  • This role will be responsible for maintaining the existing records accurately and timely adhering to the established SLAs, supporting ad-hoc and bulk requests and working closely with the Sales and Sales Operations Teams
  • You will review the data for completeness & validity ensuring that data policies and standards turn into practice. We are looking for somebody with ability to research and resolve data quality issues, paying attention to detail when processing, monitoring, researching, and conducting and measuring data improvements. You will proactively perform auditing, cleansing and deduplication
  • You will also be responsible for documenting and formalizing data standards and processes on an ongoing basis. Being computer savvy will help you in using our data management tools and you will assist in any assigned internal projects, orienting and proposing solutions to problems
  • Once competency is established, you will be able to work with business partners to create processes to meet their business needs participating in actions from clarifying the need, brainstorming solutions to implementation. You will bring positive impact to the finance customer data within the organization.

 

Qualifications

More about you:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science/data analytics or equivalent is required for the role
  •  MS Office – Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data management tools would be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective oral and written communication in English to support global countries
  • Ability to learn quickly and think logically
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to research and resolve complex problems.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a virtual small team environment
  •  Flexible working hours due to clients and support teams in multiple time zones.
