Job Description

Are you enthusiastic about working with data in reporting and analytical solutions? Then take this opportunity at Nets as Power BI Developer and join an experienced team, where you’ll be allowed to facilitate and direct our use of agile principles and methods according to SAFe (Portfolio configuration).

You’ll be powering Data & Insights department, and your key responsibilities will include:

• Building full-fledged operational solutions, including building data models, reporting and dashboard solutions
• Support delivery of insights to our customers and internal stakeholders via accessible, creative, and engaging data visualization and storytelling.
• Maintaining and further developing data/reporting solutions by creating data sets to power critical dashboards
• Developing security concepts for data access
• Usage of agile principles and methods according to SAFe (Portfolio configuration)

Qualifications

Skills, motivation and that little personal twist make you succeed
Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. At Nets, we are going all-in to establish agile best practices around product development and portfolio management, so we need a person who is a quick learner, motivated, result-oriented, highly analytical, and structured. 

Your other qualifications include:

• You have professional data visualization and storytelling skills, are proficient in modern data visualization tools, and can communicate and present clearly  
• You are an expert in Microsoft Power BI with 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Reporting and Dashboard solutions in the field of Business Intelligence.
• Methodological knowledge in the field of data warehousing and data modelling
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, etc
• It would also be beneficial if you have experience with the below technologies, tools and domain:
  • SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
  • Other reporting tools (SAP BO, Tableau, etc)
  • Exposure to Payment industry – especially Issuing, Account/Card Management
• High commitment, self-organization, and ability to work in a team
• Enjoy friendly cooperation, exchange of knowledge and experience 
• Furthermore, that you have a solution-oriented and analytical mindset, and you thrive working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Strong in the English language verbally and in written topped with great communication skills
