To strengthen our team of about 35 highly skilled engineers in Lindau (Germany) we are looking to hire a motivated, engaged and experienced Team Leader.

Job Description

• Lead a computer vision team and act as a supportive leader
• Leverage the deep and broad technical expertise to mentor engineers and provide leadership on resolving complex technology issues
• Ensure knowledge/knowledge transfer and development capacity within the team
• Ensures and force synergies and re-usability between technologies and projects
• Technical support for the design & architecture of prototypes as well as mass production considerations
• Contribute to the computer vision technology roadmap
• Entrepreneurial and out-of-box thinking essential for a technology company

Qualifications

Education and Know-how:

• University degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• Strong C/C++ programming experience
• Experience with software development in Windows & Linux
• Good knowledge in at least one of the following fields: computer vision, robotics, sensing, state-estimation
• Competence in algorithms, mathematics, physics

Desired technical skills:

• Experience with Git, Jira, CMake, Doxygen, Continuous Integration, Visual Studio
• Python programming experience
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Experience developing software in Linux
• Experience with software development for real-time systems
• Experience with software testing frameworks

Soft Skills:

• Leadership skills with team working orientation
• Ability to work independently when required
• Ability to motivate team members
• Communication skills
• Result-oriented
• Motivated to learn new things
• Enjoy work in international teams

Additional Information

Fluent language skills in English language and a valid driver´s licence are required for this position. Proficient german language skills are desired.
