Data Analyst at
As a Data Analyst at, you will be responsible for engaging with various stakeholders within the Performance Team, the Business Intelligence Team & the Customer Success Team, assess requirements and input in various reporting projects forming part of a wider suite of internal-facing products. You will also take the lead in ensuring the overall accuracy of reports and dashboards, whilst constantly striving to enhance data quality, adequateness and granularity.  The ideal candidate must be a driven technologist, with an affinity for problem solving, eager to ensure that our ability to store, process, and analyse data keeps up with our customer growth and our ambitions, while always ensuring the accuracy of reported data.You will join an ambitious team of data scientists and engineers who are working to deliver Machine Learning models to production, Deep Exploratory Analysis to understand each details of the Payment Industry and deliver it to’s merchants, at scale. Your work will significantly move the needle within a product area that has high strategic importance to

About you:

  • 2+ years experience as Data Analyst in a data intensive environment, working with large and diversified data sets
  • SQL knowledge to extract data from our Data Warehouse and exports
  • Python (and data analytics & data viz libraries) knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and find creative solutions & effective ways of solving business problems
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Challenge processes & decisions to make it better for everyone
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
  • Plus: Experience with Git & Spark, Experience or knowledge of the Payment Industry

What you will be doing:

  • Automate analytics & research to help finding problems in merchants data
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to answer business questions
  • Design, implement & maintain intuitive dashboards & scripts, with drill down capabilities to enable data-driven decisions for merchants
  • Propose enhancements of the current processes and tool used in order to accelerate report production & scalability
  • Answer internal special requests about performance issues by analyzing related data.
  • Measure how the proposed solutions improved merchants’ performance & revenue for both the merchant and the company (internal / external ROI)
  • Create close contact with partners and banks to address and solve these issues
  • Be in contact with the Customer Success Team to be sure merchants’ issues are solved and merchants are aware of it
