Job Description

  • Research on a new innovative hardware architecture framework for the next-generation wireless networks.

  • Develop and customize tools to compile and run applications and benchmark on a hardware implementation (and/or model).

  • Analyze the performance, identify performance bottlenecks and propose design changes to improve quality of results

 

Qualifications

  • Background in computer architecture and hardware component (CPU, DSP, custom hardware accelerator, cache memory, …) is desired

  • Experience with hardware programming language (Verilog, system verilog, VHDL, High-level synthesis (HLS)) and simulation tools is a definitive asset

  • Experience with the RISC-V development environment would be an asset
