We are looking for an HR Reward & Data Analyst who will be the key player in establishing new HR reporting & analytics practices at zooplus. You’ll be involved in working with global data directly linked to the senior management and providing great value to various stakeholders across the organization. By delivering state-of-the-art analysis and working with a modern tech stack & advanced data, you will have a direct impact on the business, thus, setting zooplus apart from its competitors.

As an HR Reward & Data Analyst, you will:

  • Create reliable and trusted reports and insights combining HR and financial data for various stakeholders in support of business decisions
  • Design, build and enhance dashboards on a variety of KPIs and reward topics (in both Excel & Workday) to support building zooplus’ people reporting strategy
  • Build analysis using a variety of charts and diagrams to better „tell a story“, ensuring the delivery of key messages to managers or the executive committee
  • Provide analysis of job-related data at individual and collective levels
  • Support on the data submission of our market data surveys
  • Provide support on the delivery of market benchmark analysis and further reward-related topics or projects
  • Partner on the updating and auditing of the HR reporting system (Workday)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably economic sector, mathematics, statistics)
  • 2-3 years of experience working on enterprise-wide reports and analyses providing business insights (prior HR Reporting experience is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills combined with analytical skills and the ability to make assumptions and recommendations
  • Ability to condense & visualize data into the most relevant insights and communicate findings clearly and with high impact
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • High scale of integrity and trust working with sensitive data
  • Ability to work at pace, while building reliability into the data management approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders in and outside HR
  • Experience with Workday is helpful
  • Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus
