The Team As a Data Quality Analyst, you will sit in a team of three, reporting to the Data Quality and Controls Team Manager. The team is laser focused on ensuring we have high levels of data quality, adding value by improving confidence in data across the business and acting as a partner to the Finance and accounting team. This is a truly career defining role for someone passionate about changing the way we think about data looking for an opportunity to join a highly rated team.  We’ll provide you with ample opportunity to make transformational changes to the way we work, as you play your part in disrupting and defining a product that will change the way people travel and impacting millions of people every day. The Role Our ever-expanding business is constantly changing as we add new revenue streams and suppliers all the time, so you will be seeking opportunities to use Tableau to automate processes whenever possible and develop controls that can be easily maintained and monitored. A core function of a Data Quality Analyst is to utilise your SQL skills to be proactive as well as do deep dives into our data rich business to respond to all sorts of ad hoc queries. On a typical day, you may be supporting the team through the month end close, helping troubleshoot problems and identifying areas for future improvement of processes, or you may be working with product and data teams to understand and impact assess project delivery. Working in a rapidly evolving business like ours, there is always a new challenge and opportunities to develop your skill set and turn your hand to new things

Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent SQL skills, and experience ofworking with multiple data sources
  • Comfortable working in a high transactional volume, multi-currency and multi­national environment
  • An inquisitive and analytical mindset, able to quickly grasp the fundamentals of complex systems and processes, explaining and presenting them to others is an easy to understand way
  • A proven track record in developing and enhancing existing processes
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to re-prioritise in line with changing business needs
  • Creative, but with a small ego to help achieve our ambitious plans
  • Expertise in Tableau visualisation and dashboard design (desirable)
