Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Data Specialist to join our growing team of marketing data and business intelligence experts. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing email and direct mail audiences for CRM campaigns and assisting with performance reporting and analysis within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce administrator that is familiar with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Query Studio, and SOQL or familiar with similar services on another platform and willing to learn! The Salesforce Marketing Data Specialist will support our Marketing Operations and account teams for client-facing initiatives and will ensure exceptional quality through exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, test, debug, and deploy well-documented data and audience-targeting solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Translate business requirements into high-quality data solutions that empower marketing teams to communicate with target audiences through direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Assist with reporting on campaign performance.
  • Provide the email marketing team with custom queries and data extensions to support comprehensive customer journeys.
  • Work with project and account leadership to provide estimates and realistic schedules for client projects.
  • Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to improve our data model and architecture within Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce Administration or similar platform.
  • Experience managing email and direct mail campaign audience building.
  • Foundational knowledge of statistics and relevant performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
