Precision for Medicine (CRO) are recruiting a Data Scientist, Feasibility, Site and Patient Engagement to join our team, candidates can be based in the following countries:  UK, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania or Poland. 

Position Summary:

The Data Scientist, Feasibility, Site and Patient Engagement will be a member of the Operational Strategy Department of Precision for Medicine.

As part of this team, they will support Feasibility teams in their delivery of pre and post award strategy and feasibility, as well as coordinate feasibility and operational strategy data collection, tracking, filing and access. They will also participate in specific tasks in support of the Operational Strategy Department and their role in enabling Precision for Medicine to stay at the forefront of innovation and maintain their competitive edge.

 

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Support feasibility teams in providing accurate feasibility data and site identification information for assigned studies
  • Support in data collection including query relevant databases, and internal sources, to support preparation of robust feasibility, site identification deliverables
  • Interface with colleagues, and collaborate with internal and external sources to gather and share feasibility information
  • Interface with colleagues, and collaborate with internal and external sources to gather and share Precision experience information to support feasibility
  • Support the feasibility group in the coordination of feasibility deliverables, filing, tracking and maintenance of a feasibility library
  • Apply process, tracking, templates, data structure delivery standards for post award and standalone feasibility
  • Program Feasibility Questionnaires into electronic platforms such as survey tools
  • Support the feasibility team in conducting the site outreach process for site identification
  • Collect and collate data using analytical, statistical, and programmable skills
  • Conduct data mining using feasibility platforms or extract usable data from valuable data sources
  • Support in the development of data extraction and presentation tools
  • Process, collate, and validate the integrity of data to be used for analysis
  • Participate and/or contribute to internal planning meetings, training calls, client Kick Off Meeting and interim client teleconferences
  • Support the feasibility team in the collating and presentation of data
  • Other tasks as assigned in support of pre and post award feasibility and operational strategy

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of a completed bachelor’s degree or local equivalent. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field is preferred.

 

Other Required:

 

  • At least 2 years in the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry or equivalent relevant experience
  • Competence and relevant experience in the required activities for the role including feasibility analysis, site identification, data analytics, data management
  • Proven experience as Data Analyst or Data Scientist is preferred

Travel required

 

  • Domestic and international travel including overnight stays might be required.
