About the Role…

• This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about analytics and cares about driving business outcomes. 
• We are looking for a business-minded Data Analyst to work closely with teams across the business including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Finance.
• You will be in a team that focuses on measuring, understanding and growing customer value.

What you will be doing…

• Collaborating with teams across the business to explore questions, curate data, deliver high quality analyses and build analytics dashboards and models.
• Working with Product and Engineering teams to understand and ingest event data.
• Understanding key business drivers and designing key metrics.
• Building effective dashboards and reports to guide decision making.
• Developing analyses and analytical models to deliver actionable insights.
• Working with other teams to drive adoption of analytics solutions, and advise on data collection and business processes.

You would be great for this role if you have…

• 2+ years of experience in analytics from in-house or consulting roles.
• A proven ability to work throughout the analytics lifecycle from planning to analysis to recommendation through execution. 
• A collaborative and structured way of working.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• A willingness to learn about our whole business and ecosystem.
• Competent with SQL, Tableau and Excel / Google Sheets.

We would be particularly excited if you are…

• Experience with data modelling and dbt / Dataform
• Business/financial modelling expertise
• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with the advertising ecosystem and technology

What we’re offering…

We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process. We review salaries at least once a year.

For a candidate who meets our criteria above, and brings additional skills and experience to the table, we would offer a salary of £57,000 to £75,000  + share options.

Our approach to Remote First

Permutive is a remote first company. We also have an office presence in London and New York. From March 2022, all employees have optional access to a permanent in-person collaboration space in NYC and London. You are expected to do your primary work from home however everyone at Permutive has the option to spend as much (or as little) time as they need working from our office spaces. As a company, we gather in person at least once per quarter for different company-wide events.
