The Role
The Veeva OpenData Customer portfolio is growing and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on key projects for Enterprise Life Sciences companies.
As a Senior Consultant at Veeva Systems, focused on Master Data Management, you will be responsible for driving and managing implementation projects of our Veeva OpenData delivery channels with new and/or existing customers. This includes creating and tracking project plans, ensuring the adoption of strong governance on the customer’s side, and optimizing risk detection, prevention, and management, to secure the implementation success. 
You will represent the main point of contact for the customer while coordinating the Veeva Project team assigned to the customer and the main stakeholders involved.
Ideally located in the United Kingdom, but other EU locations will be considered if fluent in English. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage autonomously key Enterprise projects, taking care of all the responsibilities of a Project Manager like scope definition, budget control, planning, RAID assessment, staffing, etc.
  • Guide the customers through all the phases of an implementation project by taking advantage of strong communication and the ability to work under pressure
  • Support change management processes and maximize engagement with customers
  • Develop robust relationships with the main customer stakeholders
  • Coach junior resources by leading by example and by building guidelines and best practices 
  • Support the rest of the Veeva Services team on internal activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT consulting environment
  • Prove experience in delivering complex Master Data Management projects for Enterprise-level customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for the role
  • Being fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Able to travel across Europe when required

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organization
  • Salesforce.com certification and implementation experiences
  • Veeva certification and implementation experiences
