Senior BI Developer

Location: Washington, DC

As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, You Will:

• Utilize Power BI, MicroStrategy, SQL and Microsoft SQL Server to develop applications
• Interact with business partners to understand scope/goals and the ability to translate that into successful data products/deliverables
• Work within a team environment and independently develop, test and debug applications on Windows platforms
• Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement

To Be Successful, You Need:

• Over five (5) years of hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI and MicroStrategy
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Data Modeling, Stored Procedure, Function and other Database operations
• Working knowledge of relational models and dimensional data warehouse design
• Strong analytical skills, initiative and ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks and technologies
• Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Office 365 (SharePoint, Project, Power Apps)
• This effort supports a federal contract in which proof of US Citizenship and of Covid-19 Vaccination Status must be confirmed prior to starting in this role.
