We are currently seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join our Technology Services team. This role will liaise closely with the Data and Integrations team and external business stakeholders to provide project support and analytics.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Test Coupa’s internal integrations and projects to ensure successful results
  • Create automations that result in a more efficient workload for yourself and the team
  • Reconcile and validate the quality of data relied upon for business processes
  • Monitor existing integrations and report upon and solve issues as they arise
  • Facilitate and participate in the change management process for data and integrations activities
  • Support KPI reporting, and execution of operational activities for TS Leadership such as strategic planning, data analytics, and process automation.
  • Execute operational projects to meet the needs of Technology Services
  • Monitor integrations processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including monthly, quarterly and annual activity reviews
  • Assist the business to document, assess, and remediate any gaps and risks raised during testing
  • Facilitate vendor reviews, and risk assessments, monitor spend, and help facilitate upcoming renewals

Ideal candidate profile:

  • BA/BS in a business related field (e.g. Management Of Information Systems, Data Science) and/or equivalent years of education and experience working in a related field
  • 1+ years of experience with a focus on data and project management
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate compliance and operations related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences
  • Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients
  • Creativity and the ability to build automations to improve the efficiency of testing
