Data Operations Associate

Overview:

The Data Operations Associate serves as the intermediary between Measurabl clients and external data providers, and provides support by communicating between the two parties and troubleshooting and rectifying data transmission errors.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Data Management

• Assist with the review of Utility data to ensure information in data migration meets the quality and content requirements
• Perform or support other team members with Utility data cleansing, data audit, or data validation
• Support the communication between Measurabl clients and external data providers by transmitting information between the two parties
• Support daily, weekly and monthly processes & reporting around data feed functionality, data quality and feed issue resolution
• Support the data operations team in being the primary point of contact for our data vendors for tickets pertaining to account activations, issue resolutions and data errors
• Support data integrity and identify bugs that arise and notify appropriate departments to ensure resolution
• Assist in documenting the best practices pertaining to Utility Sync

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work and communicate effectively with others in a diverse, multiethnic and multicultural work environment
• Knowledge of Excel including experience with v-lookups and pivot tables
• Eagerness to learn
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, decentralized environment

• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation Range:

• $58,500 to $71,500
