About the Role:

As the Data Analyst, Associate on the Customer Success team, you will report to the Analytics Manger, Customer Success, and focus on improving the tools used by our support associates to serve customers. You'll immerse yourself in the associate experience, identify product opportunities, and craft quantitative insights. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, and other analysts to prioritise investments, and improve the associate experience and customer outcomes. You will be based in the Republic of Ireland (either in our Cork office or remotely in the country). 

You Will:

  • Be an expert in the tools used by support associates
  • Influence product roadmaps through data driven recommendations
  • Design experiments and measure the impact of tools changes
  • Ask "Why?" and question the status quo. You will view unexpected data results as a puzzle to be solved, a challenge that you enthusiastically accept.
  • Explain the methods behind your analyses and validate your results. Once you have data to support your ideas, you will use these findings to advocate for implementing your recommendations.

 You Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a product or customer analytics role
  • Experience modelling complicated scenarios with data then estimating their relative size and impact
  • Experience with technical skills (e.g. SQL, R, Python) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
  • Experience with experimentation methodologies
