We are looking for someone with a tenacious, can-do attitude who is passionate about utilizing statistics and data to improve our business. This role will be responsible for delivering analytical insights that will drive our A/B testing forward. This role will require interaction with multiple teams across marketing and tech, including senior leadership, and candidates need a proven track record of distilling down complex test data into actionable insights.•Lead comprehensive analysis of experiments to uncover changes in metrics, identify shifts in user behavior and effectively communicate the story behind test data•Automate data collection for all experiments including primary and secondary KPI, segmentation, profitability, statistical validity, etc.•Proactively identify test-specific data capture required to enhance existing data points that will serve as secondary metrics and may inform future test iterations•Develop templates for efficiently identifying experimentation opportunities and thoroughly evaluating test results•Develop modeling techniques to assess potential test impacts to prioritize experimentation roadmap•Apply statistical anomaly detection to highlight variance in key metrics for further investigation•Ask “why” questions about experiments and answer them, as long as the return on effort is positive  •Support the ongoing analytics needs of the business via KPI reporting, structured and ad-hoc analysis, customer insights, etc.•Ensure data integrity and recognize / resolve data inconsistencies in reports, analysis and analytics toolsets•Support structured and adhoc analysis to optimize the customer experience and populate experimentation roadmapQualifications•Bachelor's degree preferred + 3 years’ experience in data and business analytics. Graduate degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering or Marketing Analytics a plus.•High proficiency with SQL and Web Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics experience preferred)•Strong understanding of A/B testing statistics (advanced statistics/machine learning training a plus)•Experience with A/B testing and optimization platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, SiteSpect, etc.)•Microsoft Excel experience required, with Macros and VBA coding knowledge preferred•Strong quantitative/analytical skills•Adobe Amin experience a plus•Must possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with audiences ranging from inexperienced end users to C-suite decision makers•Proficiency with industry standard analytics tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, R, Python, etc.) a plus•Ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives and execute plans and initiatives with a sense of urgency•Demonstrated ability to work extremely well with cross-functional teams; independently and proactively•Talent for communicating technical or detailed information effectively and succinctly to nontechnical audiences
