Senior Data Architect
We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong Data experience (minimum 7-8 years of architecture experience) to be part of our team in Europe. 
In this position, you will lead technically and design software solutions, working closely with teams in the EU, Brazil and other countries in Latin America. 
You need fluent proficiency in English to communicate with these different teams and clients during the workday. Hence, please submit your CV and application in ENGLISH. 
We are looking for someone who has:
-Solid experience in architecture design and technical leadership-Solid experience designing, developing and deploying pipelines, data-lakes, data meshes and other data products-Solid experience in understanding, questioning, prioritizing and translating business problems into data solutions (BI, Analytics, deterministic and statistical models, machine learning)-Solid experience with Cloud (Azure or AWS)-Experience in identifying, gathering and prioritizing Non Functional Requirements, Technical pain points and environment/client constraints-Experience in Microsoft Data Platform (specially Integration Services, Analysis Services and Power BI)-Experience in data pipeline orchestration tools such as Microsoft Data Factory and Apache Airflow-Experience in scaling data workloads using platforms such as Hadoop and Spark-Experience with CI/CD and MLps pipelines-Experience with Infrastructure as a Code-Experience in collaborating with pre-sales, presenting data solutions and demonstrating technical capabilities for non technical audiences-Ability to create proof of concepts and coding complex mechanisms (preferable using Python)-Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day-Ability to share your knowledge with more junior team members
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Lead technically the team and enable a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and data engineers to build, enhance, and maintain data products.-Visit and work onsite on our European clients a few weeks throughout the year in order to bootstrap projects, establish and expand relationships with key technical and non technical stakeholders.-Work on a variety of projects, for different clients, in different subject matter domains.-Participate in design and architecture discussions.-Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product and non-technical program management teams.-Ensure that solutions are following security and performance best practices.-Create & maintain design and other documentation required by the clients.-Communicate with customer’s team members and align technical solutions.-Understand requirements and make viable technical solutions choosing appropriate frameworks. -Guarantee a stable and productive development environment.
We expect candidates to have knowledge in some, but not necessarily all fields below:
-Knowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, GDPR and etc)-Knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Architecture and Clean coding-Knowledge of unit, integration and E2E testing
