A Data Analyst is an essential tool for data exploration and business decision making. By understanding the business problem and extracting data, you can deliver insights that help improve the performance of the business.

  • Conduct analysis and interpret trends and gaps in data, using these techniques to identify emerging risks and issues
  • Efficiently handle big data sets in Excel, ensuring data is correct and handled efficiently but without error
  • Recommend and challenge requirements to get the best optimal value add solutions
  • Communicate with internal members of the organisation, explaining complex data reports in a manner that a non-tech focused audience can understand
  • Prepare and present data reports for consideration by Senior Management, as well as third party investors, partners and external audiences
  • Adopt and embed new tools, technologies and methodologies to carry out advanced analytics
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships to bring together advanced analytics


  • Proven experience with Tableau/Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of data management practices and principles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Taking a value-driven approach and make appropriate prioritizations and practical decisions to get things done
  • Maintaining a constant focus on innovation and improvement, for example by identifying opportunities for control automation
