The Healthcare and Data Science business unit within BGSW comprises of two distinctive focus areas with Global P&L footprint and responsibilities:

1. Healthcare domain focuses on development of point of care medical devices, software platforms and engineering services to global clientele.
2. Data science horizontal offers solutions and services to improve client businesses by deploying data science capabilities at scale.

The combined business unit directly reports to Bosch-India Executive Leadership.

Job Description

1.Evolve a culture and behavior shift through effective change interventions for supporting business aspirations and linked growth.

2.Deploy change management approaches/frameworks focusing on culture, people, leadership and process transformations.

3.Custodian of program management office to drive strategic projects aligned to business and change objectives.

4.Shift business unit towards agility, transformation and market relevancy.

5.Contribute to practice-building efforts such as project management, stakeholder experience, marketing and proactive/positive communication.

6.Actively leverage upon organization wide investments/initiatives and aid in its effective deployment for reaping benefits within linked business unit.

Work involves close liaison with business unit head and linked leadership team

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

1.MBA or equivalent management degree with background in humanities and social sciences.

2.12-15 years of overall experience with atleast recent 5 years in organization strategy, consulting and leadership advisory functions.

3.Proven track record of successfully delivering organization transformation and change management outcomes.

Person specifications:

1.Strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with persuasive communication skills.

2.Well developed collaborative nature and influencing skills - how you do things is often as important as what you do.

3.Energy, enthusiasm and focus along with contextual sensitivity and effectiveness across broad spectrum of people behaviors.

4.Should be able to design and direct cross functional purpose driven teams.

5.Take responsibility for own actions and manage continuous improvements.

6.Create powerful messaging to stakeholders.
